László Nemet (born September 7, 1956) is a Societas Verbi Divini monk and the Roman Catholic bishop of Zrenjanin. == Life == Nemet was born in Odžaci, Serbia and graduated from high school in Subotica. In 1977 he entered the Society of Divine Word (Divine Verb Societas), i.e. verbita missionary religious order. Higher religious, philosophical, theological studies conducted in Poland. On September 8, 1982 ordained monk and on April 17, 1983 at the same place ordained a priest. Between 1983 and 1985 worked in Yugoslavia, and until 1987 he studied in Rome. From 1987 to 1990, the university chaplain in Philippines, and from 1993 he taught in the college order in Poland. In 1994, earned a doctorate in dogmatic Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. Then until 2000 he taught dogmatics in Austria, the Philosophical-Theological College Mödling items. From 2000 until 2004, the international organizations operating under the Holy See's Permanent Representation in Vienna served. From 2004 to 2007, the Order in Hungary Verbita range boss. On July 15, 2006 at the Hungarian Catholic Bishops' Conference elected secretary. In addition to teaching in 1996 in Zagreb, the Jesuit Faculty of Philosophy, and since 2002 the monastic Sapientia College of Theology held at the Department of Fundamental missiology courses. Nemet is the author of several books and essays. On April 23, 2008 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him diocesan bishop of Zrenjanin, being consecrated bishop on July 5, 2008 at the Cathedral of Zrenjanin. He speaks several languages: Hungarian, Serbian, English, German, Polish, Italian and Croatian.
